• Competition Results (Pro users only): Events, results, opponent names, weight class, etc.
• Seminar Attendance (Pro users only): Names, dates, and locations of attended seminars.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and time of access (via server logs).
• Analytics: We may collect aggregated usage metrics to improve app performance and user experience.

1.3 Subscription & Payment Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect transaction-related data such as:

• Subscription tier
• Purchase date
• Renewal/cancellation status
• Platform (iOS/Android)

We do not collect or store any credit card or payment processing information. All payments are handled securely by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1.4 Media (Planned Feature)

While our app does not currently access your device’s camera or photo library, future versions may include features that allow:

• Capturing and uploading training photos or videos
• Selecting and uploading existing images from your device
• Video analysis and AI motion feedback

We will request your explicit permission before accessing your camera or photo library when those features become available.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your user account
• Provide and personalize training features
• Track training progress and performance
• Enable Pro features like competition logs and seminar tracking
• Analyze app usage to improve features and performance
• Manage subscriptions and access control through RevenueCat

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers such as RevenueCat, who help us manage in-app purchases
• When required by law or to comply with legal processes
• To investigate or address fraud, security, or technical issues

Your data is stored securely on Railway-hosted servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

• You may update or delete your account and data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
• You may opt out of analytics and notifications in the app settings.
• When media access features are introduced, you may grant or revoke camera/photo permissions in your device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our features evolve. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
